At Bobux, we want your little ones to step out in style and comfort, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If the fit isn't perfect, we are happy to assist you with a seamless exchange or full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original Bobux box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
